Senior Lecturer & Researcher
Artavazd is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of General Physics & Nanostructures at Russian-Armenian University, based in Yerevan, Armenia. Holding a PhD in Semiconductor Physics from Yerevan State University, he specializes in the optical properties of semiconductor nanostructures. With over 16 years of academic experience since joining Russian-Armenian University in September 2007, his research focuses on nanoscale physics and semiconductors. His scholarly contributions include papers such as "Interband transitions in cylindrical layer quantum dot," and he's widely cited in the field. He's responsible for guiding research projects, mentoring students, and lecturing on subjects like solid state physics, semiconductor physics, and quantum mechanics.
